Maurice has over 20 years’ experience in strategy consulting in a career spanning Australian Strategy Partners (ASP), Kearney and EY-Parthenon. 

Prior to founding ASP, Maurice was a Founding Partner and Head of Private Equity for Parthenon in Australia, growing the practice to be a leading provider of commercial diligence to mid-market private equity funds across Australia and abroad. He also spent 11 years at Kearney where he was a leader in the Strategy Practice and also served as Global Director of Learning & Talent Development working to train the next generation of the firm’s strategy consultants.

Over his career, Maurice has led ~100+ CDD engagements and 100+ strategy working with local and international clients on engagements across Asia, Europe, and the US.

He is currently also pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Management at UNSW Business School focusing on the role of cognition in strategy and strategic decision making.
