Lars has over 25 years of experience in consumer goods and retail. After his studies, he started his career in strategy consulting. In over 14 years as a consultant (incl. 4 years as a partner) he advised market-leading retailers and consumer goods manufacturers in corporate strategy, performance management, digital transformation as well as all marketing and sales topics.

Later he then ventured into the corporate world – working at Metro Group for three years as Group Strategy Director, before moving on to Groupe SEB initially as Vice President for Strategy at WMF and then as Managing Director of WMF Retail GmbH running the retail network and D2C e-commerce business.

He is based in our Munich office where he is driving our retail practice group in particular but also supports key clients in consumer goods.
