Coalesce is a private equity firm focused on investing in human capital-driven and technology-enabled business services companies.
Kansas-based Examinetics has over 50 years’ experience providing a range of testing and monitoring services that help organizations protect their workers as well as comply with health and safety regulations.
Their comprehensive suite of occupational health services delivers strategic value to more than 3,000 clients in over 18,000 locations annually.
This inaugural deal marks a significant chapter for Coalesce since its founding in 2022 by former Warburg Pincus executive Stephanie Geveda. We wish Coalesce and Examinetics every success following this transaction.
