This marks our first year of entering, and we are proud to have secured 55th place.
For those who may not be familiar with the charity, The Social Mobility Foundation's purpose is to unlock potential, broaden horizons and create opportunities for ambitious young people who face structural barriers in education and work due to socioeconomic background.
At OC&C, this is a significant milestone, demonstrating our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment, irrespective of background.
In 2021, Manager Katie Brown launched OC&C’s Social Diversity Network. Upon hearing the news she commented, “Our Social Diversity Network has worked incredibly hard to implement numerous initiatives in recent years, both internally and externally.
We are so proud that we have been recognised by The Social Mobility Foundation for our ongoing commitment to building an ever more inclusive firm, supporting social mobility charitable organisations and driving awareness of professional services through continued outreach.
