Henry works globally with B2B businesses and their investors, focussing in particular on the Built Environment and Science & Compliance sectors.
He has spent his entire career working with clients based out of OC&C’s US and UK offices across a diverse range of B2B markets where clear and actionable information is scarce and the performance of participants highly variable.
As part of the Built Environment team, he has helped develop OC&C’s market-leading expertise in Public Sector Outsourcing, Property & Facilities Management, Infrastructure, and Construction. Within Science & Compliance his recent focus has been on the evolution of the supply chain in capital-intensive industries as markets such as Testing Inspection & Compliance, and Contract Manufacturing consolidate and respond to dramatic changes in technology and global demand.
Henry especially enjoys helping clients of all sizes identify and prosecute opportunities to drive profit growth, combining deep customer insight with an objective view of market dynamics and unit economics.

"There is no such thing as long-term competitive advantage in B2B: incumbents and insurgents alike must continuously develop and refine their proposition or face obsolescence."
