OC&C supported the founder shareholders and Sovereign Capital with commercial due diligence when they joined forces in 2013 and continued to provide support through the recent exit, leveraging our deep expertise in insurance claims management and associated motoring and legal services.
Kindertons is a leading specialist provider of automotive accident management services for insurers and insurance brokers, together with claims management services. Through Sovereign’s investment the business doubled its fleet to 5,300 vehicles supplying post-accident car hire.
This deal follows a series of transactions that OC&C have supported through our automotive and insurance practices, having worked on a wide range of deals in recent years including A Plan, Belron, CVL, Nexus Rental Solutions, Right Choice Insurance Brokers, Zenith and the like. We also advise a broad range of corporate clients in these areas in a complex and ever-changing market place.
