OC&C provides vendor due diligence support for sale of Sticks’n’Sushi

Thursday 01 February 2024 | News

We are pleased to congratulate Maj Invest on their sale of Sticks’n’Sushi to McWin Capital Partners. OC&C provided vendor due diligence on the transaction.

Sticks’n’Sushi established itself in Denmark in 1994, with a unique proposition to place a ‘Nordic twist’ on Japanese cuisine. With investment from Maj Invest in 2013, the group went from owner-led to a professional organization and continued their international expansion. Today Sticks’n’Sushi have 27 restaurants across Denmark, the UK and Germany.

McWin Capital Partners' investment will support Sticks’n’Sushi in its next stage of growth and international expansion, whilst preserving Sticks’n’Sushi’s core business values and culture. McWin specialises in investments across the food service and food technology sectors.

We wish Sticks’n’Sushi and McWin Capital Partners every success in their new journey.
