Vanta un'approfondita esperienza nello sviluppo di strategie, nel miglioramento della value proposition e nella gestione fornitori. È inoltre specializzato nell'ottimizzazione dei prezzi, su cui ha fornito consulenza a una vasta gamma di operatori. Tom è anche a capo della divisione Private Equity di OC&C e ha fornito consulenza su oltre 50 transazioni negli ultimi 6 anni, a supporto della due diligence 'Buy-sede' e 'Sell-side' e di processi IPO in diversi paesi.
